Building Energy Assessments

We are qualified Building Energy Rating (BER) assessors and have had a seat on the organising committee of BER Assessors Ireland since 2009, when the BER Association was formed.

We regularly liaise with the Sustainable Energy Authority of Ireland (SEAI) vis-à-vis Better Energy Homes grant allocation etc.

We provide assistance to clients to acquire the home improvement grants and advise them on the most economically advantageous heating and insulation options to facilitate the upgrading of their homes and premises.

We complete the administration and carry out all the relevant property surveys of the dwelling houses and/or premises so that the BER upgrades can be quantified for grant approval and the grant drawn down by our clients.

We also provide energy conservation advice and advisory reports for the Local Authorities so that they can schedule improvements to their housing stock

In conjunction with the completion of the Domestic Building Energy Ratings we carry out Non-Domestic Building Energy Ratings on commercial properties to facilitate the sale or rental thereof.
